Business & Conference Centre

We have fully equipped rooms available for community and business use as training rooms and conference rooms for small or large groups alike. Accommodating from 8 to  300 delegates, rooms can be arranged to meet your needs, either theatre, conference or free style. Booking and using our rooms couldn’t be simpler. Just book the room and if your conference requires food and refreshments there’s no better place to get them than from our very own Benedict’s Coffee Shop. Alternatively, we can provide you with a freshly prepared buffet served outside your meeting room at a time to suite your schedule. We can also provide you with equipment such as flip charts and DVD players if you require them for your meeting.

There is a room to suit every requirement; be it a Birthday Party, Anniversary Party, Reunion, Theme Night, Aerobics, Pilates, or a Dancing Class. Have a community meeting with a difference!

The New Conference Hall

Our new and up to date Conference Hall can accommodate up to 300 people, is well designed and easy to access. The Hall comes with Lighting, Staging, and a P.A. system and is carpeted.

Although catering for the larger side of the conference market we are happy for parties of any size of conference who may wish to use the hall.  With the economy the way it is you will be surprised just how little it costs to hire this room.

King’s Room

The Kings room is ideal for groups up to 30 people and is on the ground floor of the Family Entertainment Centre with easy access to Benedicts Coffee Shop for events booked where lunch is required.

The Studio

The Studio is ideal for larger meetings or where space is needed such as for pilates or martial arts. It will seat over 70 people and is located on the first floor of the centre being accessible by both stairs and lift. This room makes an ideal room for a family party, Wedding Reception, Disco or Conference or for a corporate ten pin bowling event as our bowling allies are nearby.

This room containes a carpeted area and a dance floor.

Edale Suite

The Edale Suite is located within our business centre and is able to cater for up to 70 people seated in theatre style.

It makes an ideal room for presentations and training events and sits adjacent to our two smaller training rooms which can act as breakout rooms if required.

The room comes with all standard equipment plus a ceiling mounted Projector and wall mounted screen, other equipment is available for hire.

We can prepare and serve drinks, refreshments or buffet lunches for your event.

Dovedale Suite

The Dovedale Suite sits alongside our full suite of training facilities and will seat 30 people comfortably in theatre style. The room comes equipped with standard equipment.

We can provide full catering provision for your event with everything from drinks and snacks to full buffet lunches.

Lazor

The Lazor room is a large area that will easily seat up to 200 people. its big and basic yet ideal for the larger events. With a fully equiped Cafe, Bar and Soft Play area within the site this room is ideal for the larger event and events where extra facilities are required. Staging, P.A , Lighting, Laptops and Projectors can be provided.
