FAQ’s

What are the times you are open?

Monday-Friday: 9am – 5pm (last entry is 3pm)

Saturday: 10am – 5pm (last entry is 3pm)

Sunday: 11am – 5pm (last entry is 3pm)

Is there an age or height restriction for children in the softplay area?

Yes, children must be between 0 and 12 years old, maximum height is 4ft 9 inches.

Do we have to be members to use the facilities?

No we operate on a ‘pay as you play’ basis, so you can drop in anytime within our opening hours.

What equipment have you got that is suitable for a toddler?

We have lots of play equipment for toddlers, in a partly private area within Softplay, we also have a seperate Ball Pond for the under 3 years. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we run our own Carer & Toddler groups, where your child can have a chance to interact with other young children. The cost of Carer & Toddler is only £3 per session for the first child, £4.50 for two children and for three children the price is £5. Any further children are £1.50 each.  The carers and toddlers also receive a FREE drink. These prices are for all times of the year (i.e. same during school holidays). Please note that all Carer & Toddler sessions have been temporily suspended.

Do you run Children’s parties?

Yes, we do three different type of parties, they are Softplay,  Football  and Ten Pin Bowling.

Can I have some details about the children’s parties?

All our parties are 1½ hours long. We require a minimum of 10 children for a party. Our Party Hosts will entertain the children from start to finish, with the activity booked, and with party games, so parents can relax, and not worry. The food is served after the first hour, with a choice of menus available, and drinks are unlimited through the party. All children receive Party Bags, full of goodies, at the end.
